Clients I Support

Clients I support I recognize that taking the step toward therapy can be a big decision, and I want to thank you for being here and considering this journey for yourself. My goal is to create a warm and supportive space where you may feel heard, understood, and comfortable in exploring your thoughts, emotions, and deeper experiences. Whether you’re managing everyday stress, going through a life transition, or exploring personal growth, I’m here to help you navigate this journey with care and support. Together, we will explore what works best for you, shaping therapy around your needs and guiding you toward the changes that matter most in your life.

Hi, my name is Diana! As a bilingual Hispanic therapist and first-generation college graduate, I understand firsthand some of the challenges that come with navigating different cultures, expectations, and life transitions. These experiences have shaped my passion for helping individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have also had the privilege of supporting individuals of all ages and offer therapy in both English and Spanish. My goal is to help clients feel supported, and empowered as they work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy is grounded in understanding each person within their unique environment, taking into account the many contextual factors that shape who we are and what we experience. I take a holistic approach that focuses on the whole person rather than just symptoms or a diagnosis. With a background in biology, I also like to consider how the brain and body interact, and how understanding these connections can help make sense of emotions and reactions. Additionally, I understand that progress looks different for everyone, so I integrate ongoing assessments throughout our work to ensure that interventions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Together, we can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work toward growth, healing, and overall well-being.

If you are curious about therapy or wondering if I might be a good fit, you are welcome to request a free 15-minute consultation down below to see how I can best support you.

About

Beyond the Sessions

Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me getting creative. Whether it’s DIY projects, or trying out a new hobby, I am constantly in search of different ways to express myself. I love running, spending time outdoors, and I am also a big foodie. Spending time with friends, family and my dog is also what keeps me grounded. These little joys in life are what keep me inspired, and motivated to take on each day.
