Clients I Support
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward, I want you to know you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with come in feeling stuck—whether it’s a child learning how to manage big emotions or an adult navigating stress and life transitions. My role is to walk with you and create a safe, compassionate space where healing and growth can take root.
Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, deepening self-understanding, and finding practical tools that support you in everyday life
Hi, I’m Ana. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a teacher, where I found so much joy in nurturing growth and potential in children. Over time, I realized that true, lasting change doesn’t just happen in the classroom—it begins with emotional well-being, for both children and the adults who care for them. That realization guided me into the field of mental health.
As a licensed mental health therapist, I bring that same dedication into the therapy room. I know that reaching out for support can feel uncertain, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. In our sessions, you won’t be judged or rushed. Instead, we’ll work together at your pace, exploring your story, your strengths, and the patterns that shape your life.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, compassion, and cultural responsiveness. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can breathe a little easier—where you can explore, process, and build the tools you need to move forward.
My hope is that through our work together, you not only find healing but also reconnect with your sense of resilience and the possibility of living with more balance, peace, and confidence.
About
Beyond the Sessions
Outside of therapy, I’m a wife and a proud mom of one. I find joy in reading and paper crafting—creative outlets that keep me grounded and connected to the present moment.
